I have just completed my research thesis as part of my honours year in comm design. My design outcome was this publication. It was a lot of hard work and I'm really happy with the outcome. A video of the entire book is below. I've also uploaded some new projects: RMIT Wall Graphics, The Lonely Cup and Building 88.

I've just updated my photography section including a new series called Lunchtime. At the moment I'm collaborating on some exciting film projects—more details soon. I have also just finished working on a logo for Australian electro duo TSOMM.

Last week I was fortunate enough to attend the agIdeas international design conference in Melbourne. It was a very inspirational 3 days listening to some of the world most amazing designers. I was lucky enough to win the Newstar Collie Print Trust Award and also the Fabrica Award. The Collie Print Trust Award includes 2 weeks work experience at my choice of several leading international studios. The Fabrica Award is a 2 week trial at Fabrica, hopefully leading to the full 1 year scholarship. Needless to say I'm overwhelmed.

I have been shortlisted for the agIdeas international design conference Newstar Award. The winner will be announced at the event.

Today I was announced winner of the Design Institute of Australia's Graduate of the Year Award for 2008. More info here.
February 2nd, 2009 //
Today I was lucky enough to be awarded RMIT's 2008 Australian Graphic Design Association award for best Third Year Portfolio, and the Penguin Book Design Award for my Census Publication. I'm really happy with the awards!
December 18th, 2008 //
I've been lucky enough to win the 2008 Ignite Graduate of the Year competition.
I won $1000 cash and an internship at Storm Design / Brand DNA. I'll be doing the internship in February 09 before starting Honours at RMIT in March.
December 4th, 2008 //
I have decided to accept a place at RMIT's design consultancy The Works in 2009. This is one of the two honours streams offered by RMIT Communication Design.

My poster has been selected for the New Views 2 Exhibition as part of the New Views 2 Design Symposium held at the London College of Communication. The posters will also be on display at the Melbourne Museum from the 15 Nov 08 - 15 Feb 09.
